
Pete Dawes BA (Hons), Joint Founder and Director Originally trained in product design Pete has ran design studios, managed development teams and served as managing director of one of Europe’s largest manufacturers of store fixtures, merchandising displays and shelving systems. He first started working with The Body Shop 20 years ago which tells you a lot about his experience in the design and manufacture of sustainable retail fixtures.

Rachel Messam, Joint Founder and Director Rachel a commercial and strategic sales and marketing professional acts as the conduit to the retail industry. Rachels key strengths and therefore responsbility is to develop, strengthen and act as client facing and relationship builder, keeping a close eye on the market trends and the industry requirements. This support comes second nature to Rachel, partly due to her previously working within the retail sector to then making the transiiton to supplying them but also she has worked with nearly all the large fixtures manufacturer suppliers which has enabled her to advise and present solutions to her clients, providing them best value, whilst reducing cost and improving their environmental accreditations. s.
| Mike Joyce, Commercial Director Keeping a keen eye on the numbers, Mike is responsible for the financial analysis and presentation of our work and producing accurate and relevant tender packs.
Alison Hercock, Sales & Service Alison is dedicated to looking after you, ensuring you get what you need, when you need it, as well as helping to develop new business.
Nigel Pilcher, Technology Looking after all things digital, Nigel designs, develops and maintains all our database driven projects such as e-badge and Green Arc.
Tim Bevin-Nicholls, Marketing Tim helps us to make sure the 4G message is communicated effectively and that our unique approach is understood as clearly as possible.
Maria Potempski, PR Advisor Maria supports 4G with all aspects of PR for the business. Rachel and Maria have worked together for over 11 years. Due to the strength of the relationship maria has grown with how the business has evolved and understands the need to promote innovation to the wider markets.
